This is a message created by ARK when a player has too much information to pass from server to another. It can be anything from too many engrams learned, to having too many items in your inventory. The problem with this error is because ARK was never designed to for a player to learn more engrams than available on official, or have weight higher than official allows.

The only cure to make sure you do not get this message and get disconnected when you are transferring maps is to make sure you are not learning too many engrams or carrying to many items while transferring. Things that add to the item limit while transferring are as follows. Engrams, having extra points to learn more engrams is nice, but it comes at a cost, that cost is the chance that you have too much game data to transfer. Second is items, the amount of items you have in your inventory when transferring will be added to the total engrams you have learned, when combined if it is over a certain amount, you will most likely receive this error and be disconnected. Third, structures, when  you load into a map, if you have a large structures you are trying load into, it is going to effect the amount of time it takes ark to download your inventory. Having a large structure together with a lot of engrams and items will also cause you to be disconnected upon transfer.

Sometimes it can be so bad that you will be completely locked out of loading your character and not be able to log back in to the game, in this event you only course of action is to open a ticket and ask for help, while we understand things happen, we are usually very busy with cluster related issues and real life issues and it can be a lot to have to stop what we are doing to come rescue a player whom is trying to transfer with too many items, please use common sense when transferring maps and keep engrams and items to a responsible level.

If you are receiving this message, even when not carrying very many items, the only thing you can do is use a mindwipe and unlearn all of your engrams and start over clean. There is no limit to mindwipes here and they are not very expensive to make or buy from the in game store. Once you clear out some engrams, you will be able to transfer between maps with no issues again.

With all of this being said, you can also use a s+ blueprint maker on any standard learned engram. This means you can make all your structure pieces, weapons, and some armor into blueprints. This will help keep your engram count down and free you up to carry more items if and when needed.

We are working on adding ways to avoid this error in the future, but for now this is the only course of action you can take to make sure you do not lose anything from this error. It is not uncommon for items to be missing when log back in with an over filled inventory, and unfortunately ark will start with things you have equipped when removing items. So until we can find a method that works for this, please use caution.
