This Mystic Vial will unlock all Bobs Notes (Scorched Earth) for the survivor that drinks it, please note that these are player bound, so only the player that receives it will be able to drink it, once you purchase it, you need to be online to receive it, so make sure you have the character you want to use it on logged in at the time of delivery.

If you do not own the DLC for this Item, it will not let you consume it, you will need to purchase the DLC before you can consume this.
